Submit your PIT OP&nbsp;to&nbsp;the tax office by&nbsp;April 30 this year, entering our KRS 0000 329 961. You can submit your PIT OP&nbsp;online using the official portal www.podatki.gov.pl\/pit\/\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span>By\u00a0setting up a\u00a0birthday money collection on\u00a0Facebook<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span>If you have a\u00a0Facebook profile, you can set up a\u00a0collection on\u00a0your birthday, the funds from which will go\u00a0to\u00a0the Foundation.
